When we purchased our Swirls & Twirls store in Levittown, Long Island, we knew we had a lot of work ahead of us. We had to learn everything involved in operating a successful frozen yogurt store. The support that we received from Swirls and Twirls Corporate staff was extraordinary.

We received hands-on training form operating the yogurt machines to handling inventory and customer service. Swirls & Twirls’ support team was in our store for weeks before our opening teaching us the operation of the store. They still remain supportive and always available to answer any of our questions.
